About the Role

As a Direct Support Professional, you will provide personalized support to individuals in their homes and within the community. This involves building meaningful relationships, understanding individual needs, and providing assistance with various aspects of daily life.

Key Responsibilities:

Your tasks may include assisting with daily living tasks (cooking, cleaning, errands), engaging in community activities, providing mentorship and emotional support, documenting progress and communicating updates, and fostering a safe and encouraging environment.

Requirements:

You'll need a valid driver's license and clean driving record (if applicable to the position), the ability to pass a background check, CPR/First Aid certification (training available), and a COVID-19 vaccination or medical exemption.
