Application Administrator Associate

Job Description:

A company is looking for an Application Administrator Associate responsible for the technical configuration and administration of software technology within the IT organization.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain overall system environment, including performance monitoring and capacity tuning
Support software development teams and assist in the evaluation of new software packages
Coordinate with internal engineering groups and vendors for hardware troubleshooting and component replacements

Required Qualifications and Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience required
Experience with ETL administration and data integrity validation
Familiarity with Epic Cogito products and related technologies
On-call responsibilities for software systems and utilities
