Job Description:

A company is looking for a Client Education Manager to develop and deliver training programs for clients in the digital advertising industry.



Key Responsibilities

Become a product expert and support the Fluency Academy certificate program
Deliver live training sessions and ensure clients achieve competence and confidence in using the platform
Build and maintain various training resources and prepare the Client Services team for new release announcements


Required Qualifications

Minimum of 4 years of experience in Learning & Development or a related field
Up to date with industry trends in learning and development
Understanding of visual design and user experience
Knowledge and hands-on experience with digital advertising and advertising technology (preferred)
High level of adaptability and accountability
